When news of the pandemic broke, we dedicated all of our resources and nonwoven expertise towards preparation.

By March, 2020 we were tested, certified, and face masks were beginning to trickle off our first production lines.

Today we're proud to deliver millions of premium quality, American made face masks across the country.
Our special partnership with one of the country’s top nonwoven manufacturers allows us to use only the softest and most proven materials to construct our masks.

EcoGuard masks are made in the same facility as our materials, providing a safe, secure, and monitored supply chain for the most important components in our protective equipment.
The nonwoven materials that make up each protective layer go through a careful quality control process before being selected for our masks.
The outer spunbonded layers sandwich a central meltblown layer which receives a 25,000-volt static electric charge. This layer traps particles as small as .1 micron, ensuring you’re only breathing clean, filtered air.

Our masks and materials have been through comprehensive independent testing to meet the most stringent certification guidelines to reach our goal of producing top-notch quality face masks made in America.
EcoGuard masks are constructed with both your protection and your comfort in mind. The statically charged nonwoven material in our masks is breathable and super soft, without the stiff, rough, papery feel of many other masks.

Every EcoGuard mask also comes with soft, fluffy earloops and an adjustable nosebar to keep your mask in place and comfortable for as long as you need to wear it.

FAQ
Were you removed from the FDA's Emergency Use Authorization?
Yes, we were, but for a great reason: We got our 510(k) certification! It was a lot of work, as it should be, and we're very proud to be one of such a select group of manufacturers with this certification.

How should I wear my mask?
1. Use clean hands to open the mask box. Take one mask out to examine and make sure it is free of imperfections.
2. Wear the mask with the nose bar facing up and colored material facing out. Be sure to cover your mouth, nose and chin.
3. Slightly press the nose bar on each side of your nose to make a fit to your face.
4. Gently pull up and down on the mask at the same time to make minor adjustments to the fit.

What is the difference between our General Use and Surgical masks?
Our general use masks are tested and certified by the ASTM to keep you safe in a public setting. While visually identical, our surgical masks have additional FDA certification for use in the close confines of medical environments. No matter which mask you choose, they all contain a statically charged central layer and the highest quality materials made in North Carolina.

Can I purchase a smaller quantity of masks?
We want to serve the public as well as our larger business clients, but to avoid overwhelming our customer service staff, we do not plan to sell in smaller quantities.

Can I purchase a larger quantity or custom order of masks?
Absolutely. The core of our business revolves around production orders in the millions with short lead times and full communication throughout the production process. Give our customer service department a call at (704) 322-3709 for info.

Are all EcoGuard masks made in the United States?
Yes, 100%. All our masks and fabrics are made in our Grover, North Carolina facility.

Can you ship outside the US?
Not for website orders. We created our web store to provide high quality PPE for the American public. However, we are definitely happy to ship large quantities of high quality American made PPE to our business partners around the world.
